- We will not copy an existing cartoon, brand or character
- We cannot promise it looks exactly like the picture in your head, so we agree the design with you first
- We tell you plainly how each mascot was made
- It gives set answers and collects nothing from your visitors
- Price on request, because it depends on the design and what it should do
Questions
Straight answers.
Can the mascot talk?
Yes. The voice is recorded in advance, so it needs no extra server. Sound is always off until the visitor turns it on.
Can you make it from my logo?
Yes. Send us your logo and tell us what the character should be like, and we design it to fit. You need the right to use the logo.
Can it answer questions?
It can answer a set list of questions with buttons, and point people to the right page. Free-typed answers from an AI would need a server, so we would quote that separately.
Will it slow my website?
No. The characters are drawn in code and are very small, so they load quickly.
Can visitors turn it off?
Yes. Every mascot has a hide button, and it stays hidden for that visitor.
Who owns the mascot?
Ownership is set out in your written quote. We also tell you plainly how each mascot was made.
