Do I need a Google Business Profile?
If you want to appear on Google Maps and in “near me” searches, yes. It is free to have, and you keep control of it.
Who owns it?
You do. You stay the owner, and we ask you to add us as a manager so we can help. You can remove us whenever you like.
Can you guarantee I will be first on Google Maps?
No. Google decides who appears where, and nobody can promise a position. We make your details complete and correct, which is what we control.
I work from home, or travel to customers. Is that allowed?
Often yes. Google allows businesses that travel to customers to hide their address and show a service area instead. It does not allow a virtual office or a mailbox as a business location. We check this first, before we set anything up.
Do you write reviews for me?
No, and we never buy them or ask for fake ones. We give you a link and a short message to send to real customers, and we help you reply to the reviews you get.
